This stunning property is completely detached and private with four bedrooms, a beautiful glass roofed lounge looking over the fields, a kitchen diner with snug and log burner and a sunny terrace to unwind and enjoy an al fresco meal, morning coffee or just a moments peace. Stancombe Cottage is nestled in the countryside above the pretty village of Sherford, if you can tear yourself away from this idyllic retreat and all its amenities you will find the bustling market town of Kingsbridge a short drive away, with shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and a cinema. The villages of Chillington and Stokenham are also close by, both offering good pubs. Chillington has a village shop and there is a well stocked farm shop with café just past Stokenham. The huge expanse of beach at Torcross is four miles away, from here meander along the scenic coast road to the historic town of Dartmouth a thirty minute drive away which has many amenities to entertain all ages. The South West Coast Path is within easy reach and many countryside walks can be accessed directly from the property.
